IAFPD Certificate in Stress Management and Performance Coaching
This flexible professional body approved and recognised certificate programme provides the theory and practice of stress management and performance coaching. It forms part of the Association for Coaching Accredited Advanced Diploma in Coaching programme. (The certificate course is at an introductory level.)
CONTENTS
This course is a modular six-day programme. Learners must attend Module a) and b) plus one additional module as below (details elsewhere):
a) Primary Certificate in Stress Management (2 days) OR Primary Certificate in Occupational and Organisational Stress Management (2 days)
b) Primary Certificate in Performance Coaching (2 days)
c) Primary Certificate in Problem Focused Counselling, Coaching and Training (2 days)
d) Primary Certificate in Assertion and Communication Skills Training (2 days)
e) Primary Certificate in Redundancy Coaching and Counselling (2 days)
A certificate is awarded to learners who successfully complete the programmes and the the Post Programme Reviews undertaken at home (modules a-d). There is an enrolment fee. The aims and objectives are the same as for the specific primary courses undertaken. This certificate programme provides training in specialist areas relating to coaching and forms part of the Centre’s Diploma in Coaching and Association for Coaching Accredited Advanced Diploma in Coach Training. Learners wishing to increase their understanding of organisational stress management should consider attending the Primary Certificate in Occupational and Organisational Stress Management.
The certificate programme is run in association with the Centre for Stress Management and is recognised by the International Society for Coaching Psychology.
POST PROGRAMME REVIEW & CERTIFICATE
A Centre and Academy certificate of achievement is awarded to participants who successfully complete the programmes and the Post Programme Reviews undertaken at home [modules a)-d)].
