By attending our Centre’s IoL Development Programmes, our Learners become eligible to join the Institute of Leadership (IoL) at Associate and Full Member levels. Successful completion of the 5-day Coaching Development Programme or the 5-day Psychological Coaching Programme  provides eligibility at Associate Membership Level of the Institute of Leadership and Management (subject to completion of the administrative forms). Successful completion of both programmes provides eligibility of the Institute at Full Membership level.
